Terms & Conditions – WebBoost IT Services (PG/Hostel Website Plan)

1. Service Overview

This agreement outlines the terms for website development services offered by WebBoost IT Services for PG/Hostel businesses at the fixed price of ₹7,999.

2. Package Inclusions

The ₹7,999 plan includes:

  • Responsive PG/Hostel website (up to 5 pages)

  • Hostel management dashboard (basic features)

  • Booking/enquiry form setup

  • 1-year domain (included)

  • Free SSL security

  • WhatsApp integration

  • 20+ marketing tools

  • Admin panel access

  • One-time delivery

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Website development will be completed within 7 working days after all content, images, and client requirements are received.

  • Delay in content submission by the client may result in extended delivery time.

4. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment required to initiate the project.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the work has started or domain has been booked.

5. Domain & Hosting

  • Domain is provided free for 1 year (subject to availability).

  • After the first year, domain renewal charges (approx ₹1,000) are to be borne by the client.

  • Hosting is included for 1 year (basic shared hosting). Advanced or VPS hosting upgrades will incur additional charges.

6. Support & Maintenance

  • 30 days of free support post-launch (for minor updates or bug fixes).

  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, or changes beyond the initial period will be chargeable.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Client must provide necessary content (text, images, pricing, contact info, etc.) before the project starts.

  • WebBoost IT Services is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete content provided by the client.

8. Limitations

  • The ₹7,999 plan does not include advanced features like payment gateway setup, mobile app development (separate), or custom API integrations unless discussed and priced separately.

  • Any additional pages, features, or custom design changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

9. Copyright & Licensing

  • The website design and source code will be the property of the client once delivered.

  • WebBoost may showcase the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

10. Termination

  • If the client violates any terms or delays the project beyond 30 days without communication, the project may be marked as inactive without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through communication.

  • Legal jurisdiction: Satna, Madhya Pradesh.

By making a payment, the client agrees to the above terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
