Refund Policy

Refund Policy – SLV Elite PG

At SLV Elite PG, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable stay experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

🏠 1. Booking Cancellation (Before Check-in)

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 3 days before the check-in date, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding any platform or bank charges).

  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in, only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made on or after the check-in day will not be eligible for any refund.

📅 2. Early Check-Out (After Moving In)

If you wish to vacate before the end of your agreed stay period:

  • 1 Week Notice Required for monthly bookings.

  • In such cases, the security deposit (if any) will be refunded, but the rent for the current month will not be refunded.

  • If notice is not provided, one month’s rent will be deducted from the security deposit.

💸 3. Refund of Security Deposit

  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 working days after check-out, subject to:

    • No property damage

    • Clearance of all dues

    • Return of keys/access card

⚠️ 4. No Refund Will Be Provided If:

  • Guest is asked to leave due to misconduct or violation of house rules.

  • The guest voluntarily vacates the PG without notice.

  • In case of non-occupancy or no-show after payment.

🧾 5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 working days from the approval date.

  • Refund confirmation will be sent via SMS/email📧 Email: [SLV PG Email Address]
