Refund Policy – SLV Elite PG
At SLV Elite PG, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable stay experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
🏠 1. Booking Cancellation (Before Check-in)

Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 3 days before the check-in date, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding any platform or bank charges).

Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in, only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

No Refund: Cancellations made on or after the check-in day will not be eligible for any refund.
📅 2. Early Check-Out (After Moving In)
If you wish to vacate before the end of your agreed stay period:

1 Week Notice Required for monthly bookings.

In such cases, the security deposit (if any) will be refunded, but the rent for the current month will not be refunded.

If notice is not provided, one month’s rent will be deducted from the security deposit.
💸 3. Refund of Security Deposit

Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 working days after check-out, subject to:

No property damage

Clearance of all dues

Return of keys/access card

⚠️ 4. No Refund Will Be Provided If:

Guest is asked to leave due to misconduct or violation of house rules.

The guest voluntarily vacates the PG without notice.

In case of non-occupancy or no-show after payment.
🧾 5. Refund Processing Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 working days from the approval date.
