Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Check-In & Rules: Guests are expected to follow PG rules, timings, and behavior policies displayed at the premises.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full prior to or at the time of check-in.
Changes & Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to room allocations or service details.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Full refund available for bookings canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided check-in has not happened.
Post Check-in Cancellation: No refund will be issued after check-in.
No Show: No refund for no-shows without prior notice.
Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method.
